This confirms that we&apos;ve received your order.</p><h3 id="i-havent-received-my-confirmation-email">I haven&apos;t received my confirmation email</h3><p>Confirmation emails are normally sent within a few minutes. If you can&apos;t find yours, please check the following:</p><ul><li><strong>Check your spam or junk folder:</strong> Sometimes our emails can end up there by mistake.</li><li><strong>Check the email address used at checkout:</strong> A small typo may prevent the confirmation from reaching you.</li><li><strong>Check other email addresses:</strong> If you paid using Apple Pay, your order may be linked to the email address associated with your Apple account, which is often an iCloud address.</li><li><strong>Check your email filters:</strong> Some email providers, particularly AOL and Yahoo, may occasionally filter or block automated emails.</li></ul><h3 id="still-cant-find-it">Still can&apos;t find it?</h3><p>Please contact our Customer Care team and include your full name and, if available, your order number. If you&apos;ve just placed your order, we may still be able to help.</p><h3 id="when-can-i-change-or-cancel-my-order">When can I change or cancel my order?</h3><p>You can request a modification or cancellation until <strong>10:00 am AEDT the following day</strong> after placing your order.</p><p>During periods when daylight saving is not in effect in Australia&apos;s eastern states, the cut-off is <strong>9:00 am AEST the following day</strong>.</p><p>After this deadline, your order may already have entered production and we can no longer guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.</p><h3 id="how-to-request-a-change-or-cancellation">How to request a change or cancellation</h3><p>Email us at <a href="mailto:support@mylittlenecklace.com">support@mylittlenecklace.com</a> as soon as possible and include:</p><ul><li>Your <strong>order number</strong></li><li>The <strong>change you&apos;d like us to make</strong>, or confirmation that you&apos;d like to cancel the order</li></ul><p>We&apos;ll confirm by email whether we&apos;ve been able to make the requested change. <strong>Sending us a request does not automatically mean your order has been changed or cancelled.</strong></p><h3 id="what-about-orders-placed-over-the-weekend">What about orders placed over the weekend?</h3><p>Orders placed from <strong>Saturday morning until Monday morning (AEDT)</strong> can generally be modified or cancelled until <strong>10:00 am AEDT on Monday</strong>.</p><p>During our busiest periods, including the <strong>three weekends before Christmas</strong> and the <strong>weekend after Black Friday</strong>, our workshop also processes orders over the weekend. The usual next-day cut-off therefore applies.</p><h3 id="why-is-there-a-cut-off">Why is there a cut-off?</h3><p>Every My Little Necklace piece is made to order. Production can begin very quickly with the first step of creating and cutting your personalised design.</p><p>Once this has started, even if your order hasn&apos;t yet been plated, assembled or dispatched, it may be too late to change it without starting again.</p><p>This applies to all changes, including:</p><ul><li>Size or chain length</li><li>Colour or finish</li><li>Names, dates or other personalisation</li><li>Delivery address</li></ul><h3 id="exceptional-cancellations-after-the-cut-off">Exceptional Cancellations After the Cut-Off</h3><p>If the standard cancellation period has passed but your order <strong>hasn&apos;t yet been dispatched</strong>, we may still be able to cancel it and provide a partial refund.</p><p>As your personalised piece may already be in production, a small material fee will be deducted from your refund:</p><ul><li><strong>Single-name jewellery without a stone:</strong> A$5 per piece</li><li><strong>Multiple-name jewellery without a stone:</strong> A$7 per piece</li><li><strong>Single-name jewellery with a stone:</strong> A$6 per piece</li><li><strong>Multiple-name jewellery with a stone:</strong> A$8 per piece</li></ul><p><strong>Any delivery charges paid with your order will be refunded in full.</strong></p><h3 id="why-is-a-material-fee-deducted">Why is a material fee deducted?</h3><p>Even if your order hasn&apos;t been dispatched, production may already have started. This can include cutting the metal, polishing and preparing your personalised piece.</p><p>Because personalised components are made specifically for your order, they generally can&apos;t be reused for another customer.
