Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll usually process your refund or exchange within 48 hours.

During particularly busy periods, please allow up to 21 business days for your return to be inspected and processed.

• Your exchange has been processed and is ready for dispatch, or
• Your refund has been issued.
