How Can I Return My Order?Updated an hour ago

We want you to be happy with your My Little Necklace order. Our change-of-mind return policy gives you 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For a change-of-mind refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Non-personalised
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Because personalised jewellery is made specifically for you, personalised items aren't eligible for a change-of-mind refund. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to offer an exchange or store credit instead. Please contact us and we'll let you know what's possible.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, isn't as described or isn't what you ordered, please contact us at [email protected].

Personalised items are not excluded from remedies simply because they've been personalised. If there's a genuine fault or we've made an error with your order, we'll assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the nature of the problem, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.

What Isn't Considered a Fault?

A change of preference isn't considered a product fault where we've made your jewellery according to the information and options you provided. For example:

  • Translations: If you use our complimentary translation service for Arabic, Hebrew, Korean or Japanese, we recommend checking the translation before ordering. Where possible, we encourage you to enter the exact characters you'd like engraved.
  • Font choice: If the piece has been made using the font you selected on the product page, simply changing your mind about the appearance of that font isn't considered a fault.
  • Personalisation instructions: If we've followed the exact spelling, capitalisation or other personalisation details you submitted, a change of preference after production isn't considered a fault.

Of course, if we haven't followed the personalisation you submitted, please contact us — that's a different matter and we'll help put it right.

Promotional Orders

If your order was purchased as part of a multi-buy or “Buy 1, Get X Free” promotion, any change-of-mind store credit or discretionary refund may be calculated proportionally based on the amount actually paid for the order and the items included in the promotion.

This does not limit any rights you may have if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law.

How to Request a Return

Before sending anything back, email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return.

Our Customer Care team will provide you with the correct return address and instructions. Please don't send your jewellery back without contacting us first.

Once you've sent your return, please keep your postage receipt and tracking information until the return has been completed.

Return Postage

For change-of-mind returns, you're responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Original delivery charges and return postage aren't normally refundable for change-of-mind returns.

If you're returning an item because it's faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us before paying for return postage. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we'll cover reasonable return costs or provide an appropriate return method.

We recommend using a tracked postal service when returning an item and keeping your tracking details until your return has been processed.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll email you with an update.

If a refund is due, it will be issued to your original payment method. After we've processed it, your bank or payment provider may take a few additional business days to show the funds in your account.

Gift Returns

If an order was purchased as a gift, please contact us before returning it. Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Where appropriate, we may be able to offer the recipient store credit instead.

Australian Consumer Law

Our change-of-mind policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under those guarantees.

If you have any questions about a return, refund or exchange, contact us at [email protected].
