Every My Little Necklace piece is made to order and personalised especially for you. From placing your order to receiving it in Australia, please allow approximately 9 to 18 days.
Production & Delivery Timeline
1️⃣ Creating Your Jewellery
Your personalised jewellery usually enters production within 2 to 3 days, followed by approximately 1 to 2 days for finishing.
2️⃣ Preparing Your Order
Once your piece is ready, our team prepares and checks your order within approximately 24 to 48 business hours, Monday to Friday.
3️⃣ Quality Check
Every piece is inspected before leaving our workshop to make sure the personalisation, finish and overall quality are as expected.
4️⃣ Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order has passed its final checks, it is packed and dispatched. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as it's on its way.
Estimated Delivery Time to Australia 🇦🇺
Most orders arrive within approximately 9 to 18 days from the date the order is placed. This includes both the time required to make your personalised jewellery and delivery to Australia.
Please keep in mind that this is an estimated timeframe. Delivery can occasionally take a little longer, particularly during busy periods or if there are delays within the postal network.
Can I Have My Order Delivered to a Post Office?
Yes. If you'd prefer to collect your parcel from a Post Office rather than have it delivered to your home, you can use Australia Post Parcel Collect.
You'll first need to set up Parcel Collect through your MyPost account and choose your preferred participating Post Office or collection point. Australia Post will then provide you with a personalised Parcel Collect address.
When placing your order with us, enter the Parcel Collect address exactly as it appears in your MyPost account.
It will generally look similar to this:
