At My Little Necklace, we specialise in personalised jewellery made to order. From the materials we use to the final polish, here's a little more about how your piece is made.

✨ Materials & Finishes

• 316L stainless steel: Our jewellery is made from 316L stainless steel, chosen for its strength, durability and resistance to tarnishing.
• PVD finish: Our gold and rose gold finishes use PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) technology, which creates a durable finish compared with conventional plating methods.
• Different lengths: Our necklaces and bracelets are available in a range of lengths. Most include a 5 cm (2-inch) extender, giving you some flexibility in how you wear them.
• Dimensions: Most pieces are approximately 2 mm thick, although this varies depending on the design. Exact dimensions can be found on each product page.
• Personalisation: Depending on the design, we can create jewellery using different alphabets and languages, including Arabic, Hebrew, Russian, Chinese, Japanese and Korean. Many designs also support numbers and selected special characters.

🌍 Where Is My Little Necklace Jewellery Made?

Our jewellery is produced in our partner workshops in Asia and Türkiye, where our personalised pieces are made, finished and checked before dispatch.

We've worked with these workshops since 2019, building long-term relationships and production processes specifically for My Little Necklace.

Your order may be produced in either workshop depending on the design and current production capacity. All pieces within the same order are produced through the same workshop wherever possible to maintain consistency.

🔨 How Is My Jewellery Made?

Personalised pieces go through several stages before they're ready to be sent to you:

1. Design: Your personalisation is transformed into a digital model based on the piece you've selected.
2. Precision cutting: The design is cut from 316L stainless steel.
3. First polish: The piece is polished and prepared for finishing.
4. Finishing: Depending on the option you've selected, the piece receives its gold, rose gold or silver finish. Our plated finishes use PVD technology.
5. Stone setting: If your design includes stones, they're carefully added during the finishing process.
6. Final polish: The piece is polished again to achieve a smooth, clean finish.
7. Quality check: Your jewellery is checked against your order details before leaving the workshop.
8. Packaging: Your piece is placed in a protective pouch or gift box, depending on the product and order.

What About Personalised Designs?

Because each personalised piece is made specifically for your order, small variations can occur between pieces. This is a normal part of producing made-to-order jewellery and doesn't affect the overall design or quality of your piece.

We check your personalisation against the details submitted with your order before dispatch. If you believe we've made an error with your personalisation, please contact us and we'll take a look.

Our jewellery contains small parts and is not suitable for infants or young children who may place jewellery in their mouth, as small components can present a choking hazard.
