Can't Find Your Country?
If your country isn't available at checkout, please contact us at [email protected]. We'll let you know whether we're able to deliver there.
💰 GST, Customs & Import Charges
For orders delivered to Australia, applicable taxes and duties are covered by us. You shouldn't normally be asked to pay additional import charges when your parcel arrives.
For orders sent from our Australian website to another country, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, any charges imposed by the destination country's customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.
Prices on our Australian website are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD).
📦 What If I Refuse Delivery?
If you no longer want your order, please don't refuse the parcel without contacting us first. Refused parcels can take considerably longer to make their way back to us and may incur return delivery or handling charges.
Instead, contact us at [email protected] and we'll let you know what to do next.
If a parcel is returned to us because delivery was refused, any applicable return costs may be deducted from your refund where permitted. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
